We have experienced financial counselors to help our couples plan for the cost of infertility treatments. Our insurance specialists will review your policy and help determine which services are covered. We also assist by filing couples' insurance forms.
The amount of infertility coverage varies and is dependent upon the individual policy. Pateints are encouraged to obtain and read a copy of their actual policy. If you contact your insurance provider for information, be sure to obtain the name of the person with whom you are speaking and make written notes.
New Requirements
- Due to contracting changes with BCBS HMO of Illinois patients with this insurance may not be able to be seen at other fertility centers.
North Shore Fertility, S.C. is aware of these changes and is not affected by the contract changes. We are happy to accept these patients for treatment at our practice. Both Dr. Davies’ and Dr. Borkowski’s schedules will generously accommodate these patients to schedule appointments.
- For our patients that have either limited or no insurance benefits, we offer a payment program through Capital One Healthcare Finance. Please contact our office with any questions.
